In this gallery I try to showcase the stunning beauty of nature all around us in forests, fields, canyonlands and the action of the seas, waterfalls and streams I've found in various regions of Germany, Austria and Iceland. My passion for landscapes is still growing and clearly in the fact that this is by far my largest and deepest photo gallery. I want to share nature's beauty with you.

Bygone Times - 33 Images

Discover photographies about historic events and abandoned buildings. Most of the buildings have an historical background in East Germany. Some images were taken in different holocaust memorials in Germany (concentration camps like Bergen-Belsen or Buchenwald).

Fine Art Printing

You may purchase top-quality prints from nearly all of the images you find on this site. Simply click on the purchase option below each image to select from the sizes available. Maximum sizes vary from one image to the next. Many factors dictate the maximum size that I feel comfortable printing any given image, such as the digital format and conditions at the time of capture. I will only print images at sizes that meet my high expectations for quality and detail throughout.

Monitor

I use calibrated monitors at the PC normal gamma, this means that on my monitors I can make out the difference between all of the grayscale blocks below. You should be able to see the difference (at least) between X,Y and Z and ideally also A, B and C.
