Group Tours

What is a photo tour?

A photo tour is a small group (max. 6 persons), hiking-based, 1-3 day adventure to beautiful locations offering great photography. A tour is not curriculum based instruction and is not taught in a formal setting. The emphasis is first and foremost to learn in the field and to come home with some great photographs as well as to enjoy natures beautiful scenery along the way.

I do offer comprehensive discussion and step by step tutorial throughout the tour in the field that help one maximize the potential for obtaining great images in a variety of shooting conditions. Discussions cover everything from SLR camera functions to photographic techniques, filters, metering, composition, lighting, post-processing etc. I am happy to include aspiring photographers from intermediate to advanced levels on my group tours.
