Baltic Sea - Dolomites
Recently I returned from a three weeks photo trip spanning from the Baltic Sea, Germany in the north south to the Dolomites in Italy.
I drove about 3500km - partway on extreme alpine roads in the Alps. Hiked up to about 2700m above sea level; saw awesome landscapes and had a nice time with some interesting weather and lighting conditions. I'm really looking forward to select and process some of the over 1200 photos I've shot.

Phototour Mallorca Video
During our photo trip to Mallorca in march 2011 we tried to document some of our experiences on video for the first time.
This is kind of a little documentary video of our photo tour.
Best watched in Full-HD resolution version here.

Phototour Mallorca Video Preview
During our last trip we tried to document some of our experiences on video for the first time.
I'm planning to create a small video from our footage in the near future.
So, here is my very first attempt in video editing - please bear with me. A small preview of the upcoming video.. :)

Phototour Mallorca 2011
Just got back from a great seven days photo tour in Mallorca, Spain with my mate Matthias Haltenhof.
We got some good light, saw awesome beaches, cliffs, mountains and drove along some exciting alpine roads, and might even have had an epic moment or two.
I can't wait to process some of the nearly 30GB of new photos and videos I brought back home... :)

Flying to Spain
Excited to be flying to Spain tomorrow on my next photo trip with Matthias Haltenhof.
Hopefully we have some decent photo weather conditions an return with some nice new photos!
I am looking forward on trying my new underwater camera, some night shots and star trails on the beach and of course some long exposures. Cross your fingers!

Back from Iceland

Back from Iceland!
After flying to Isafjordhur via Reykjavik on Sunday 31/08/2008 the adventure started in the northern fjords of Iceland with a little boat scene. On the second day we drove into the wild and through the highlands of Iceland. We saw Godafoss, Galcier Bay, awesome beaches near Vik, Skogafoss, Geysir, Blue Lagoon and lots of other very remote and impressive locations. Finally arrived back at Reykjavik on Friday night, I flew back to Germany on Saturday in the early morning. Resumed it was a very fascinating and impressing but even so a very exhausting trip through Iceland. More details, photos and of course the film will follow.
